A family friend fell ill to colon cancer. His large intestine was rotting within. He wasn’t able to eat anything for awhile—nothing would pass through, which would then cause stomach pains. Eventually he had to get surgery and get a stoma pouch. He lost so much weight, and when he did eat, he could only have a few bites.
